  • 3 tins of Suzi Wan® Bamboo Shoots
  • 1 tin of crabmeat
  • 4 spring onions
  • the juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp Suzi Wan® Fish Sauce
  • 4 mint sprigs
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  1. Drain and break up the crabmeat.
  2. Drain and rinse the bamboo shoots.
  3. Finely slice the spring onions.
  4. Pour the lime juice and fish sauce into a mixing bowl. Add the onions, the bamboo shoots and the crab and mix to combine.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
