  • 1 jar of Suzi Wan® Chop Suey Vegetables
  • 1 jar of Suzi Wan® Bean Sprouts
  • 1 can of Suzi Wan® Bamboo Shoots
  • 2 tbsp Suzi Wan® Fish Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Suzi Wan® Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp Suzi Wan® Chilli Paste
  • A 2-cm piece of root ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tbsp oil

  1. Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic.
  2. Drain the vegetables.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and brown the Chop Suey vegetables, bamboo shoots, garlic and ginger for 3 minutes, stirring continually.
  4. Add the soy sauce and fish sauce, stir and leave to cook over a low heat for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from the heat, add the bean sprouts and chilli paste, stir, cover and leave to cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, on its own, with rice or as an accompaniment to stir-fried meat.
