  • 1 packet of Suzi Wan® Egg Noodles
  • 1 jar of Suzi Wan® Bean Sprouts
  • 200 g tofu
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 3 spring onions or half a bunch of chives
  • 1 tsp Suzi Wan® Chilli Paste
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp Suzi Wan® Fish Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Suzi Wan® Soy Sauce

  1. Cut the spring onions into short lengths.
  2. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  3. Drain and rinse the bean sprouts.
  4. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  5. Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions.
  6. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and brown the chicken pieces. When the chicken is golden, add the spring onion, chilli paste and tofu.
  7. Cook for 5 minutes over a high heat.
  8. Add the fish sauce and soy sauce.
  9. Drain the noodles and add to the wok.
  10. Stir well.
  11. Serve hot.
