  • 240 g chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 chopped garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp Suzi Wan® Chilli Paste
  • 1 tbsp Suzi Wan® Fish Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Suzi Wan® Soy Sauce
  • 1 packet of Suzi Wan® Egg Noodles
  • 3 shallots
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 coriander leaf

  1. Peel the shallots and slice them finely lengthways.
  2. Cut the chicken into fairly small pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and brown the garlic.
  4. Add the chicken. Stir well and leave to cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the fish sauce, soy sauce and chilli paste. Stir. Add the shallots. Leave to cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Cook the egg noodles, then drain.
  7. When the chicken is cooked, dish the noodles into bowls, add the chicken, sprinkle with sesame seeds, garnish with a coriander leaf and serve immediately.
