Ingredients
  • 3 beef sirloin steaks
  • 3 finely sliced shallots
  • ½ red pepper
  • 1 jar of Suzi Wan® Bean Sprouts
  • 3 tbsp Suzi Wan® Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Suzi Wan® Fish Sauce
  • 6 chive sprigs
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Suzi Wan® Chilli Paste (optional)
Tip
You can also make this recipe with bacon lardons or chicken.
And you can add ¾ tsp of chilli paste to add some heat to the dish.

Preparation
  1. Drain and rinse the bean sprouts.
  2. Cut the beef into strips.
  3. In a wok or frying pan, heat the oil and brown the shallots.
  4. Add the beef, cook for 3 minutes, then add the red pepper and bean sprouts.
  5. Pour in the fish sauce and soy sauce, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with finely chopped chives and serve immediately with white rice.
