Ingredients
  •  4 salmon fillets
  • 240 g Suzi Wan® Vermicelli
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp Suzi Wan® Soy Sauce
  • 1 knob of ginger
  • 1 tsp Suzi Wan® Chilli Paste
Tip
For an elegant way to serve the noodles, use a fork to twist each serving into a ball.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to a medium heat.
  2. Peel and finely chop the ginger. Put the honey, soy sauce, 5 tablespoons of water, the chopped ginger and the chilli paste in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Leave to reduce by half.
  3. Cook the vermicelli according to the packet instructions.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. Cook them for 15 minutes, coating them with the sauce every 2 minutes.
  5. Lay the salmon fillets on top of the vermicelli.
