Ingredients
  •  20 medium-sized fresh or frozen raw prawns (shelled or unshelled)
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 kg frozen petits pois
  • 4 tbsp curry powder
  • 10 tbsp Suzi Wan® Coconut Milk
  • salt and pepper


Tip
If you do not like seafood, you can make this dish with strips of turkey breast instead.
Preparation
  1.  If using frozen prawns, place them in a bowl of lukewarm water for 15 minutes to defrost. Drain the prawns, then dry them with kitchen roll. Peel if necessary.
  2. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the sunflower oil in a large frying pan, add the garlic and then the frozen petits pois and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the prawns, curry powder and coconut milk. Cook for another 8 minutes, stirring regularly. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with white rice.
