Ingredients
  •  600g pork fillet, thinly sliced
  • 300g finely chopped peanuts
  • 1 packet of Suzi Wan® Egg Noodles
  • 1 jar of Suzi Wan® Chop Suey Vegetables
  • 12 tbsp Suzi Wan® Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp groundnut oil
Tip
You could add 2 tbsp of caster sugar to the marinade for a sweet and sour flavour.

Preparation
  1. Prepare the marinade: mix together 10 tablespoons of the soy sauce, 150g of the peanuts and the ginger. Add the pork, cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 3 hours (or overnight).
  2. Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions.
  3. Heat the groundnut oil in a wok and cook the drained pork until golden, then add the Chop Suey vegetables and noodles.
  4. Stir-fry for a few minutes over a medium heat.
  5. Add the remaining peanuts and a few drops of soy sauce before serving.
