  • 12 shell-on king prawns
  • 1 packet of Suzi Wan® Black Mushrooms
  • 1 tin of Suzi Wan® Bamboo Shoots
  • 1 packet of Suzi Wan® Egg Noodles
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tbsp groundnut oil
  • 4 coriander sprigs
This recipe can also be prepared using Suzi Wan® Cantonese Cooking Sauce.

  1. Prepare the mushrooms according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions.
  3. Peel the prawns, keeping the ends of the tails intact.
  4. Peel and finely slice the onions.
  5.  Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry the prawns and onions over a high heat for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the drained bamboo shoots, mushrooms cut into small pieces and the sauce.
  7. Mix well and leave to cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes.
  8. Add the coriander and serve immediately with the egg noodles.
