  • 3 duck breast fillets
  • 400 ml orange juice
  • 1 unwaxed orange
  • 2 onions
  • 4 tbsp Suzi Wan® Sweet Soy Sauce
You can replace the duck with pork fillet and add orange zest when cooking the meat.

  1. Trim any excess fat from the duck breasts and cut them into slices.
  2. Put the duck slices, orange juice and sweet soy sauce in a shallow bowl, cover with cling film and leave to marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  3. Slice the orange into rounds or quarters. Finely slice the onion.
  4. Drain the duck slices and keep half of the marinade. Cook the duck over a high heat for 2 minutes. Put the duck to one side on a plate and cover with foil.
  5. Cook the onions in a little oil until golden, add the orange pieces and the reserved marinade, cook over a high heat for 1 or 2 minutes and serve with the duck.
  6. Serve with egg noodles.
