Ingredients
  • 800 g pork belly
  • 1 packet of Suzi Wan® Egg Noodles
  • 1 jar Suzi Wan® Vietnamese Salad with Peppers
  • A small knob of root ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • A small bunch of chives
  • 1 tbsp groundnut oil
  • 2 tbsp Suzi Wan® Fish Sauce
  • pepper

Preparation
  1. Cook the pork in the oven for 40 minutes, turning it over occasionally.
  2. Prepare the noodles according to the packet instructions.
  3. Peel and finely slice the ginger.
  4. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  5. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and brown the drained vegetables, then add the garlic, ginger and noodles. Leave to cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the fish sauce and chives.
  7. Dice the pork and add it to the wok.
  8. Serve hot.
