Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 5 tbsp Suzi Wan® Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Suzi Wan® Fish Sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • pepper
  • a few chive sprigs
Tip
This recipe can be made with pork fillet or prawns.

Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-size pieces. Season with pepper, then thread onto wooden skewers.
  2. Pour the sweet soy sauce and fish sauce into a small saucepan and heat over a gentle heat until it thickens. Keep warm.
  3. Cook the skewers for 3 minutes on each side in a grill pan or on a barbecue.
  4. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry non-stick frying pan for 1 minute over a medium heat, stirring continually.
  5. Place the skewers on the plates, pour the sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
  6. Serve immediately with white rice garnished with chive sprigs.
