Ingredients
  • 600 g sea bream fillets
  • 1 jar of Suzi Wan® Curry Cooking Sauce
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 coriander sprig
  • 3 tbsp Suzi Wan® Fish Sauce
  • pepper

Preparation
  1. Peel the onion and slice into half-moons.
  2. Peel and crush the garlic.
  3. Peel the skins off the tomatoes after plunging them into boiling water for a few seconds. Dice the flesh.
  4. Rinse the bream fillets and cut them into bite-size pieces.
  5. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and then brown the onions and garlic.
  6. Add the curry sauce, pepper and fish sauce, mix well and leave to cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Add the diced tomatoes.
  8. Carefully place the bream pieces on top then cover and leave to cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  10. Serve hot with rice.
