  • 3 sirloin steaks
  • 1 packet of Suzi Wan® Egg Noodles
  • ½ red pepper
  • 1 broccoli crown
  • 300 g mangetout
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp Suzi Wan® Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Suzi Wan® Fish Sauce
  • ½ tsp Suzi Wan® Chilli Paste
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
For an authentic Asian dining experience, serve in lacquer bowls with chopsticks.
This recipe can also be made with chicken or diced pork belly.

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to the packet instructions and drain.
  2. Slice the meat into thin strips.
  3. Trim and remove the strings from the mangetout. Cut the broccoli into florets.
  4. Plunge the mangetout and broccoli into salted boiling water for 5 minutes.
  5. Peel and crush the garlic.
  6. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and brown the beef for 2 minutes over a high heat, stirring continually, then add the garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, chilli paste and drained vegetables.
  7. Stir, cover and leave to cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Add the noodles to the wok, stir to combine, then add the sesame seeds and serve immediately.
