  • 1 x 200 ml carton of Suzi Wan® Coconut Cream
  • 1 ripe mango or 300 g frozen mango
  • 20 g sugar
  • 1 lime or lemon
Decorate with lime zest.
  1. Peel the mango and cut into small pieces.
  2. Put the coconut cream and mango pieces in a blender and mix well to create a homogenous mixture.
  3. Add the lime juice and the sugar, then mix again.
  4. Pour the mixture into small glasses and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
