Ingredients
  •  4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 6 tbsp Suzi Wan® Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Suzi Wan® Fish Sauce
  • the juice of a lemon
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • wooden skewers
  • coriander
Tip
You can also prepare the skewers and then cook them in a grill pan or on a barbecue, over a medium heat.
And you can replace the salmon with prawns.

Preparation
  1. Cut the salmon into large cubes.
  2. Put the ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce and lemon juice in a shallow bowl.
  3. Add the salmon cubes, mix carefully, cover with cling film and put in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  4. Drain the salmon cubes and cook them in a dry non-stick frying pan for 30 seconds on each side.
  5. Roll each cube of salmon in sesame seeds and thread them onto a wooden skewer.
  6. Serve immediately with coriander leaves and a salad of grated carrots and apple or papaya.
