  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 180 g natural yoghurt
  • 200 ml Suzi Wan® Coconut Cream
  • 100-200 ml mineral water
  • 1/2 tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar
  • mint leaves for decoration
Chill the coconut cream in the fridge before using. Churn the mousse in an ice-cream maker to serve as ice cream.
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender to create a mousse.
  2. Pour into chilled glasses and decorate with the mint leaves.
