  • 350g puff pastry
  • 400g pork mince
  • ½ jar of Suzi Wan® Curry Cooking Sauce
  • 4 mint sprigs
  • 1 tsp Suzi Wan® Chilli Paste
  • 1 tbsp Suzi Wan® Fish Sauce
  • 1 garlic clove and 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
For the salad
  • 1 jar of Suzi Wan® Vietnamese Salad with Peppers
  • 1 bottle of Suzi Wan® Spring Roll Sauce
  • the juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 mango
  • 1 peeled and crushed garlic clove
  • a few mint leaves
You can replace the pork with chicken.

  1. To prepare the salad, first drain and rinse the vegetables. Peel and dice the mango.
  2. Put the vegetables and mango in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix the spring roll sauce, lemon juice, garlic and sugar together in a bowl. Pour this sauce over the vegetables and mango, mix well and put to one side in the fridge.
  4. Put the pork mince, fish sauce, chilli paste, curry sauce, mint, onions and garlic in a bowl. Mélangez bien le tout.
  5. Cut the puff pastry into 8-cm squares. Put a little of the filling in the centre, fold in the corners to meet in the middle and press them together with your fingers to seal.
  6. Heat some oil in a wok and cook the samosas in the hot oil; they are cooked when they float to the surface and are golden, drain the samosas on kitchen roll. Serve immediately with the salad, after adding a few mint leaves.
