Ingredients
  •  400 g king prawns
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-cm piece of root ginger
  • 2 limes
  • 1 tsp Suzi Wan® Fish Sauce
  • Suzi Wan® Sweet and Sour Chilli Dipping Sauce
  • dill
Tip
If you can’t find sweet and sour chilli dipping sauce, you can use Suzi Wan® Chilli Paste to add some heat to this dish, and to other recipes.
Preparation
  1. Peel the prawns, cut them in two lengthways and remove the vein.
  2. Make a dressing with the olive oil, fish sauce, grated ginger and lime juice.
  3. Flatten  the prawn halves gently, arrange them in a shallow bowl and cover with some of  the dressing, leave to marinate for 20 min.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped dill and serve with a small ramekin of sweet and sour chilli dipping sauce.
