Ingredients
  •  24 raw prawns
  • 1 x 200ml carton of Suzi Wan® Coconut Milk
  • 3 tbsp Suzi Wan® Fish Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Suzi Wan® Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp Suzi Wan® Chilli Paste
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation
  1. Peel the prawns.
  2. Combine the coconut milk, fish sauce, soy sauce, chilli paste and crushed garlic in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the prawns and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Drain the prawns.
  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the prawns for 3 minutes over a medium heat.
  6. Thread the prawns onto small wooden skewers and serve immediately with rice.
