Ingredients
  • 500 g pre-cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 tin of crabmeat or 250g frozen crab
  • 2 spring onions
  • 5 coriander sprigs
  • A knob of butter
  • 1 tbsp Suzi Wan® Fish Sauce
Preparation
  1. Drain and break up the crabmeat.
  2. Cut the spring onions into short lengths.
  3. Heat the rice in the microwave.
  4. Melt the butter in a wok or frying pan and brown the spring onions for 5 minutes, then add the crab and fish sauce. Mix well.
  5. Add the rice and coriander. Mix again.
  6. Serve immediately.
