Ingredients
  •  300 g pork fillet
  • 1 jar of Suzi Wan® Cantonese Cooking Sauce
  • 1 courgette
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • chives
  • 1 packet of Suzi Wan® Egg Noodles

Preparation
  1. Cut the pork into thin slices.
  2. Cut the courgette into cubes, without peeling.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan and brown the pork over a high heat for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the courgette and stir-fry over a high heat for 1 minute.
  5. Add the sauce, stir, reduce the heat and leave to cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
  7. Cook the egg noodles according to the packet instructions.
  8. Serve the noodles alongside the dish.
