Ingredients
  •  4 chicken escalopes
  • 2 x 200 ml cartons of Suzi Wan® Coconut Milk
  • 3 tbsp curry powder
  • 3 finely sliced shallots
  • 5 tbsp Suzi Wan® Fish Sauce
  • the zest of 1 lime

Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken into pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok. Brown the chicken pieces with the shallots and curry powder.
  3. Add the coconut milk, fish sauce and lime zest and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve the chicken curry with white rice.
