Ingredients
  • 400 g beef fillet or sirloin steak
  • 1 can of Suzi Wan® Bamboo Shoots
  • 1 jar of Suzi Wan® Bean Sprouts
  • ½ tsp Suzi Wan® Chilli Paste
  • 3 tbsp Suzi Wan® Fish Sauce
  • 2 onions
  • 400 g broccoli or Romanesco broccoli
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation
  1. Peel and finely slice the onions.
  2. Drain and rinse the bean sprouts and the bamboo shoots.
  3. Cut the meat into thin slices.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and brown the pork over a high heat for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the fish sauce and mix well. Then add the bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, broccoli and chilli paste. Cover and cook for 4 minutes over a medium heat.
  6. Serve immediately.
