Ingredients
  • 1 x 200 ml carton of Suzi Wan® Coconut Cream
  • 400 g strawberries
  • 1 tbsp grenadine syrup
  • 100 ml cane sugar syrup
  • 1 bunch of mint leaves
Tip
You can add shop-bought crystallised ginger or make your own.
Preparation
  1. Mix together the coconut cream, cane sugar syrup and grenadine syrup, and chill for at least 1 hour.
  2. Wash the strawberries, remove their stalks and cut into bite-size pieces.
  3. Chop the mint.
  4. Pour the coconut cream into small bowls, add the strawberries and mint.
  5. Serve immediately.
