  • 100 g extra-fresh raw salmon
  • ½  tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Suzi Wan® Soy Sauce
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 lime
  • salt, pepper (preferably pink peppercorns)

Tell your fishmonger you’ll be eating the salmon raw – that way you’ll get extra-fresh.

  1. Chop the salmon into 4 mm cubes. Thinly slice the red onion.
  2. Add the oil and soy sauce and stir well.
  3. Add a little lemon juice before serving.
  4. Serve on small lettuce leaves or in small glasses, or even on curly spoons.
  5. Lightly sprinkle with lime zest.
